File Format XML

A completely new feature is the option to export NeuroCheck check routines cameras in XML format. The files will have the extension CHRX (CHeck Routine in XML format).

Unlike the binary format "*.CHR" used so far, the human readable CHRX files based on XML also can be read and interpreted by other programs. This is one reason why the XML format more and more is used as general file format for data exchange in the whole IT sector. This innovative file format now offers a variety of new possibilities for the NeuroCheck user.

Documentation

With additional formatting information (in a so-called XSL file), the check routine can be viewed in a standard web browser like the Microsoft Internet Explorer. The thus created presentation of the check routine now can be printed, e.g. for documentation purposes. Depending on the contents of the XSL file it is possible to obtain different levels of detail in the presentation of the check routine data.

Version Control

The structured format of the CHRX file allows an easy visual comparison of similar check routines, for example to determine what parameter or target value of a check function has been changed.
